Simply — Vision Pro
Showing how it would feel to learn an instrument in augmented reality — before the platform to try it existed.

The challenge
Simply Piano was launching on Apple Vision Pro — a platform almost nobody had used yet. The launch had to show how it would feel to play in an augmented-reality environment before an audience had any reference for one, and do it without a headset in the viewer’s hands.
The idea
Design immersive 3D spaces with atmosphere — environments that make learning feel present and physical without pulling focus from the instrument.
The system
3D tracking, modeling and simulation were used to visualize the full experience of playing in augmented reality, from environment to interface.
The outcome
The visualization fronted Simply Piano’s Apple Vision Pro launch — for most of the audience, it was how the product was seen before they could try it.
Role & contribution
I led the creative direction end to end for the launch — concept, look development and the 3D environments — and built the visualization itself through tracking, modeling and simulation, on a platform with no established visual conventions to borrow from.

Film
The visualisation of Simply Piano on Apple Vision Pro: the keyboard, the notation and the spatial environments as they would be seen through the headset.
