Four ways to work togetherI am an independent Creative Director. I take responsibility for the central idea, the visual language and the system that holds them together — then lead the disciplines needed to build it. Most engagements begin with a problem that has not yet been defined, not with a deliverable that has already been specified.
How an engagement works
Scope & teamMost projects start with a conversation rather than a brief — what you are making, who has to feel something, what is already decided and what is still open. If the problem is not yet defined, defining it precisely is the first piece of work, and it is usually the piece that determines everything after it.
The central idea, the visual language, the system that carries them, and the coherence of everything produced against it. I work directly with founders, CMOs, heads of brand, product leaders and curators — not through an account layer.
I work independently. When a project needs more hands than one director, I assemble the specialists it actually requires — designers, developers, animators, illustrators, 3D artists, film crews, technology partners — and stay accountable for the result. You are not buying a fixed agency roster; the team is built for the problem.
Independent engagements typically begin at ₪30,000. Larger multidisciplinary productions — where a team is assembled around the work — are scoped separately once the shape of the project is clear. Saying a range early saves everyone a round: it decides what is possible, not whether the conversation is worth having.
Common questions
Before you writeWhat kinds of projects are the best fit?
Projects where a company or institution is shaping a new brand, launching or repositioning a product, or building an experience people walk into — and where the central idea still has to be found. In practice that has meant technology companies and ambitious products, media and broadcast organisations, museums and cultural institutions, and organisations that need to explain something genuinely complex.
What is the typical starting budget?
Minimums are set per market rather than converted: ₪30,000 in Israel, $10,000 in the US and Canada, €10,000 in Europe and £8,000 in the UK. Larger multidisciplinary projects — where designers, developers, animators, 3D artists or film crews are assembled around the work — are scoped separately with the team the project needs.
Do you take standalone logo or animation projects?
The practice is built around identity systems, launches and experiences rather than isolated production tasks. Smaller assignments are considered selectively when there is a strong strategic or creative fit.
Can you assemble and lead a larger creative team?
Yes. I work independently and bring in designers, developers, animators, illustrators, 3D artists and other specialists when a project requires them. I stay responsible for the central idea and for its coherence across everything the team makes — that responsibility does not get delegated with the production.
Do you work internationally?
Yes. I am based in Tel Aviv and work worldwide, remotely and on site where a project needs it.
